6. Payment and Service Fees 

All fees for services are clearly stated on our website and other marketing collateral and platforms. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Square and/or our accounting software specific payment gateway..

By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, in full and prior to the services rendered. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided on our website and other marketing materials.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to a scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  
  Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. (emergency circumstances excluded. Proof may be requested) 
  
  Cancellations within 8 hours are not refunded and a new appointment will need to be made and paid for. (emergency circumstances excluded. Proof may be requested)
    
• Refunds: Refunds for services will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation of service, to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property 

All Content on our website, our marketing collateral and other platforms including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Bianca de Reus and Connecting Soul Beings or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission, which can only be requested in writing, by email, to admin@biancadereus.com.
